Abbigayle Roberts MACounselor

Abbigayle graduated from Durham University located in Durham, England where she received her Master’s degree in Cognitive Neuroscience. In addition to being a student-athlete, Abbigayle’s knowledge on cognition, emotion, and neuropsychology provides a holistic approach on therapy and how cognitive processes impact human behavior and development. Furthermore, Abbigayle has hand-on experience with Neuroscience techniques, such as, Neurofeedback, EEG’s, and fMRI’s; all of which can enhance the therapeutic process during alcohol and drug addiction and recovery. In her undergraduate years, Abbigayle received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Fresno where she was a member of the Division-I Lacrosse team and served as a volunteer in nearby elementary and middle schools for children with intellectual disabilities.
