Group Therapy
- In person or via Telehealth
- 45-60 minute sessions
- $40* per session (if not covered by insurance)
*There is a $40 for no-shows.
Individual Therapy
- In person or via Telehealth
- 60 minute sessions
- $150* per session (if not covered by insurance)
*There is a $100 for no-shows.
Family Therapy
- In person or via Telehealth
- 60 minute sessions
- $150* per session (if not covered by insurance)
*There is a $100 for no-shows.
Please give 24 hour notice if you have scheduling conflicts.
FAIR services in person or via Telehealth are in most cases covered in full or in part by insurance. FAIR biller can verify your insurance benefits and will work with your insurance companies to obtain therapy coverage. An estimated cost can be provided after the verification of insurance benefits. The percentage of coverage your plan pays after your deductible has been met, out of pocket and/or any co-pay amount for which you may be responsible can be explained. We recommend that you contact your insurance directly to familiarize yourself with the coverage, medical necessity requirements, and pre-authorization process.
The FAIR individual therapists are in network with BCBS PPO, some BCBS HMO plans, BCBS Blue Choice, Magellan, Aetna, UBH-Optum, Evernorth (Cigna), Pathways.
The FAIR Counseling accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, personal and cashiers checks. Payments are due upon receipt of itemized charges.
